BALMY BOD.

This project explores the development of a complete brand identity and packaging solution for Balmy Bod, a body butter brand centred around natural, low-tox self care. The concept focuses on simplicity, nourishment, and coastal-inspired wellness, targeting a conscious, lifestyle driven audience. The design process began with research, mood boarding, and brand strategy, followed by sketching and refining visual concepts to create a cohesive identity.

The final outcome features a bold yet minimal packaging design, incorporating a custom die cut box with curved handles and arched windows to showcase the product. This structural approach enhances both functionality and visual appeal, creating a unique presence within the skincare market. A warm, earthy colour palette and floral motifs were used to communicate softness, natural beauty, and calm luxury. Sustainable materials, including recyclable kraft board and plant-based PLA film, were carefully selected to align with the brand’s eco conscious values, resulting in a thoughtful and cohesive packaging solution.
