At Ash Jaide Designs, we believe that selecting artwork is a deeply personal and emotional decision. As such, all sales are final and we do offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If you art work arrives damaged, please contact us with 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage, along with your order number. You can email us at ashjaidedesigns@gmail.com and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Policy
Each artwork is made to order, ensuring the highest quality of care, Please allow 1-2 weeks for production and dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
